I've been prepping my special needs daughter for about a year. We have been downloading as much as we can fit on thumb drives for her devices. Her games, her online books, just anything we can download. We've been buying her physical books and building her library. We've encouraged her to pick a non-computer hobby to invest in...she chose Japanese painting and has been watching youtube videos constantly. Just doing as much as possible to help her during that time. I'm PRAYING it's not a power outage too...but her dad says he's got her covered with generator back up power if need be. I honestly think it will kind of be good for her...at least for a short term...but don't tell her I said that! 🤔😬

I have her all kinds of books, beads, draawing doddle pads, but her favorite thing is music she can watch, not sure how to do that.

hmmm....perhaps....old school vhs player set to record the music videos channel on cable tv? Just let it run and record? I have the Awesome Screenshot APP for my computer that I can actually record video clips and download them to my computer. Might be able to do something like that for the TIK TOK??? Even if you can only get a few...that's something and she can just watch them as a treat if the internet is down. OR...worse comes to worse....if you have an actual camera with a video mode and it goes onto the memory card...then you can transfer it to the computer!....just record the TIK TOK videos on the camera...which puts it onto the memory card and voila. Won't be as good a recording quality since you have to hold the camera and physically record the videos....but desperate times call for desperate measures right? eeks! Hope that gives you some ideas.
