it seems like the only response is
Nationality Kenyan is always the response from "people"...
and then the post stops.

Not a bot here, rest assured! What happens is that when one sees his nationality being listed as "American" the knee-jerk reaction response is "No, he is from Kenya". Hence the post. There is a short video going around; shall have to find it; where he actually says something to the effect that he is the first President from Kenya.
