i went back to college at 53 to complete my bachelors in organization behavior graduated with honors and discovered my love for baking and food photography which led to working on writing a cookbook and becoming a recipe tester for other cookbook authors….this my “golden margarita” cupcake recipe photo shoot 🍋🧁

its handwritten, so will type up later today and post
i love them out of the frig…cold cake 😊
its pretty easy to make, hardest part is squeezing fresh limes, but you substitute “joe and nellies” sold in most food stores.
you cant taste the tequila which burns off during baking, but it does give it a little extra flavor - no buzz or anything like that (i dont drink)
