In fact, I originally posted this video, which was saved from someone I don't recall and I thought the hand symbols were the only thing. Then people responded about the floral arrangement and even about what Melania was wearing. (and now, I realize I forgot about Melania's suit, but it has been noted that she uses her clothing for symbolism and messages)
