It's actually easier than that. You just need to be consciously aware throughout the day when a negative thought comes up and call attention to it. "There" Keep doing that and within a few weeks you will finally see things start to flow and align in your life as you realize "I don't have any negative thoughts anymore." Life becomes ease and grace as you are in the flow!
