ive also read that sunglasses harm us on a cellular level…how? When we are exposed to sunshine our bodies naturally produce a chemical that protects our skin from harmful rays. However, when we wear sunglasses our eyes tell the body that the sun isnt shining and therefore the body doesn’t produce that protective chemical. I can’t confirm this but it does sound plausible. …whole industries were made with sunglasses and sun screens. Its always about the $$$$$$$
