Basic SUPPLEMENT PROTOCOL 2023 | Dr David Sinclair

"Dr David Sinclair talks about his view on the future of aging and also update on his basic supplement protocol in this clip.

David Sinclair is a professor in the Department of Genetics and co-director of the Paul F. Glenn Center for the Biology of Aging at Harvard Medical School, where he and his colleagues study sirtuins—protein-modifying enzymes that respond to changing NAD+ levels and to caloric restriction as well as chromatin, energy metabolism, mitochondria, learning and memory, neurodegeneration, cancer, and cellular reprogramming.

Dr Sinclair has suggested that aging is a disease and that we may soon have the tools to put it into remission—and he has called for greater international attention to the social, economic and political and benefits of a world in which billions of people can live much longer and much healthier lives."

💉 🩸 ☠️ 8 Ways Spike Protein Harms the Body and How to Remove It

8 Ways Spike Protein Harms the Body

1 Damaging the lung cells including the pulmonary alveoli and pulmonary endothelial cells
2 Damaging the mitochondria and DNA structures
3 Damaging cardiovascular cells
4 Increasing the risk of blood clots
5 Damaging brain cells
6 Promoting inflammation
7 Suppressing immunity
8 Increasing the risk of cancer

How to Get Spike Proteins Out of the Body
The World Council for Health has made several recommendations for nutrients and medications to help relieve symptoms

1 Nutrients that may help improve symptoms include:
Vitamin C
Vitamin D
Omega 3
Quercetin
Melatonin
Zinc
These are all nutrients helpful in boosting the immune system, thereby helping the body remove spike proteins

WE PHOTOSYNTHESIZE

Unlike plants,
we use the photons from the sun to build the structured water that surrounds each of our cells, vessels and organelles.
Tiny dipole water batteries that line our cells, vessels and the organelles driving biological processes.

Remember sunlight and infared energy interact with the structured water in our body,
Separating the charge in the crystalline water,
Creating potential energy that can drive biological action.

This potential energy from sunlight dancing with water is what drives water up the tallest trees of the forest.
It is what drives the circulation of our blood throughout our biology.
It is what provides the proton flow for our mitochondrial energy production.

Respect the 4 pillars of Health
Sleep
Nutrition
Exercise
Stress Management (Placebo/Nocebo)
— -
Vitamin D : (2 000 - 6 000)UI/Day
Zinc : 15mg/day
(You should if possible be taking 1mg of copper per 15mg of Zinc)
Magnesium : Between 200–400mg/day (also helps with D absorption)
Selenium: Get some if you can (200mcg/day)
Iodine : Get some if you can (12–25mg/day)
Vitamin C : Get some if you can (≤1g/day)
B Vitamins: Get some if you can
With these we are boosting the natural immune system, making sure the Thymus gland is in good health, that your immune system is able to produce natural killer cells, and that your body has the capacity to fight stress and inflammation.
If you want to go that extra mile, take the following into consideration: Green Tea, Thyme, Propolis, Echinacea, Quercetin, Sulforaphane, Resveratrol, Ubiquinol.
Anything that supports your parasympathetic nervous system, lymph system, thymus, and mitochondria (PQQ / CoQ10) is something worth pursuing.
