The easiest swap ever is instead of Canola oil, grab Avocado oil or Extra Virgin Olive oil, these aren't processed too much and they are loaded with the opposite of free radicals which are - antioxidants, and in case you want Canola oil for a baking recipe, use avocado oil, it's a neutral flavored high heat oil that's one-to-one swap.

Canola oil
this video explains everything that you need to know on why you should stop using Canola oil, in fact actually stop using Sunflower oil, and Corn oil too and other kinds of stuff you grew up on, because these kind of oils are highly processed to the point that they're extremely inflammatory even for organic because they are also made with GMO seeds, and they are all processed with this chemical called hexane and loaded with free radicals which destroy the cells in your body.

I have been trying to purposefully break patterns and routines for many years. Figure I can't expect different results doing the same things.
I look at everything I do and dissect it and see if I can do it a better way, a more efficient way, or maybe decide it's something to discard altogether. I think it's a process anons kind of do naturally as we process info and input.
As I go thru the day I am trying to not be on auto pilot if that makes sense, trying to notice details and things I may be missing. Lately I've been driving new routes, down different streets, exploring new places. In my mind I had this crazy thought that near the boundaries of my daily routine it may be more pixelated, perhaps the matrix less defined. I know it sounds out there, but almost feel like I am searching for the cracks so I can pry them open and break out.
Today I tried soursop tea instead of coffee, it's filled with antioxidants and is anti-inflammatory. The fine tuning of life continues. ;)

💚walking barefoot💚
When you walk barefoot on the Earth, free electrons are transferred from the Earth into your body and this grounding effect is one of the most potent antioxidants we know of🙏

White pine needle tea: boil white pine needles in water for 10-15 minutes. This tea can be made as strong as you’d like. It’s very high in antioxidants, vitamins A and C! I like to make mine 50/50- half water, half needles. Just ad it all at the same time, cover it - drink warm, hot, cold? Add honey? lemon? ENJOY!
