I am being HONEST about everything that is why you experience shifts all day and back and forth, it is going with the eb and flow and the more I process, the better I innerstand. My notes from the soul are for my healing too...Instead of journaling in a book and having it do nothing for me...I decide to share it...Hoping it can help someone going through all the bullshit right now too and in need of a perspective from a girl who has had a very tragic life of trauma and an even worse outcome, time and time again.

I am working hard on journaling every day (just a few words of thankfulness, to-dos, and completions). Today I wrote down to call my best friend, Juan, and a few other things. I set down my pen and looked at my phone; he was calling me. WTF!!! We've known each other for over 35 years and have had many moments where we were thinking about a call/text and it happened, but this was within seconds of writing it down in my journal.

I was inspired by one of VKs tiktoks talking about de ja vu and thought I would give it a try. It takes effort to create this habit, but I would have never had this experience if I didn't try. Vibrations are real and knowledge was hidden from us. Im excited to ride this journey with all of you.
