I've been watching these two TV shows from the 1980s-90s. They reveal how far the 'normies' are removed from God.
The upside is we can see these qualities are inherent in us and will thrive as a new dawn breaks.
These include: Goodness, kindness, honesty, trust, faith, being polite and grateful, caring, generosity, sharing, family/neighbors/friendship bonds, lending a hand, curiosity, being outside, conversation, common sense, and more.

Today I honor my beloved Uncle Gary.
Lt. Gary Marshall fought bravely for two tours in Viet Nam. He was the soldier that carried the satellite radio, so was a valued target, and was constantly dodging gunfire. That radio once saved his life and took the bullet. After he came home he suffered extreme PTSD for the rest of his life. Today we recognize better the lifelong trauma many of our great vets suffer. Back then, the care was lacking and insufficient. He was a hero, and I am forever grateful for his service.
