Had something similar 8 mths ago - didn't find conclusive evidence of a stroke. They took two blood samples; if i'd been more aware wud not hv let them (still bothers me now & can feel sort of pain/irritation on both sides of inner elbows where they took the blood when pulses around me are high).
Personally think i was suffering from excessive "pulses" of RFs or EMFs or something like that. But still don't know. Didn't get a migraine tho did hv headaches which i normally never have.
Recommend not to worry about it; look after yourself and pray n trust G_d our Creator is with you always. And avoid wifi, smart phones n "smart" everything when you can.

It’s a kind of relief knowing 100% that I am an ordinary human mess with generic problems, and not controlled opposition or a paid shill. The less I leave home, the less I want to leave home. Isolating people away from one another creates an obstacle/challenge to re-create the energy you once had when all our light factories (bodies) were sitting close together in close proximity. Have to work harder at it. Good thing is, God is sending an abundance of light at you constantly. Just have to tap in. Here are some ways I’ve been pushing myself; exercise daily, drink plenty of water, don’t sit too long, garden, ground, sun gaze with closed eyes, meditate, good diet & vitamins, spending time with the people who matter to you most, positive thoughts, organizing every corner of my house & garage, building stuff with wood, painting, yoga, snuggling my loved ones. The list goes on.

A MEN to that. I don't think that I have ever been as angry as I was last week when the State of California required my son to take a standardized test for their homeschooling subsidy. They made him listen to this bullshito fake news on Antarctica and then asked him to distill it citing footnotes. He's 10. I promised him that he will never be subjected to that humiliation again.I told him that I expect him to be able to read and to do math. The rest is Fake News. I want to rip their hearts out for abusing our children. Thanks for the share.

I've been in this game a long time. I was born Q. Truthfully, I am much better suited to actually ripping their hearts out with my bare hands but, as Michael P. likes to say, Timing Is Everything and I already did my time. So here I Am/ 23. God does not roll dice so I Trust The Plan. Take breaks as you need to. There is no shame in that.
