You can see something hit Charlie’s chest first and the neck wound happens later, but there was only one gunshot heard. We need an explanation that accounts for that, and a ricochet is the best thing I heard so far. It also seems suspect that they wouldn’t have used a drone to check the rooftops.

What I can clearly see is body armor (a discrete version, like the picture) under his shirt that shifts when a bullet hits it. The neck wound shows up next from the ricochet, and blood sprays out because an artery got severed. I think Phil isn’t being very skeptical of his “evidence” finds.

The guy on his right would have to get a bullet to fly around Charlie in order for it to enter on his left.

Logic tells me that guy didn’t shoot Charlie. If it’s a professional hit, and there definitely was a sniper on the roof with a line of sight, why would they need to risk blowing the whole conspiracy by having one of his own team shoot him on video in front of a crowd of witnesses including his wife? How could the bullet enter his neck on the opposite side? The woman wouldn’t react if there wasn’t a gunshot next to her.

My money’s on a state-sponsored professional hit with the trans group as useful-idiot patsies, but time will tell. It was all too convenient and the gun found in the woods doesn’t make sense from any angle.

No muzzle flash, no smoke, and no recoil equals no shot fired. Security can simply hold a weapon in case they need to shoot someone, because they can’t afford to lose time getting a gun out when someone in the crowd is ready to fire at the protectee.
