👍 I would add that the white sea salt that is available in most stores is also heavily refined, so all the essential minerals are removed. The grey color signifies that the minerals are present. I buy mine through the San Francisco Salt Co. which imports directly from France. A 5lb. bag is about $20 and lasts me at least 3 years if stored properly.

The iodized salt that is most commonly used and often referred to as "table salt" could be compared to eating wonder bread.
