Apparently it goes like this....if the country has a government, it automatically becomes a sh!thole because of that....

Government attracts the very people that shouldn't be anywhere near it in the first place....

It can be only used as a filter to remove the filth of humanity because that filth always ends up in the exact same spot ....every....single...time and it's called government....

Government is the biggest mob on the planet and the mafia are just a fractal of the government and and gangs are fractals of the mafia.....and crime and corruption are endless and go on forever....

The whole system was designed to fail and it fail it has done....Across the board in everything, complete failure...
