You make good points.

It's possible to list a company without forfeiting control by controlling the number of shares available for public sale and the ownership stake they represent.

Think Musk and Tesla, Zuckerberg and Facebook, etc. = controlling interest.

If the goal is to raise funds, I have confidence that they've seen it all before and secured control of the enterprise. (Trump and team)

it can travel over any surface, it can separate and reassemble at astonishing speeds.
Scientists still do not understand its atomic structure nor its bond angles.
How does it restructure itSelf, what geometries are at play.
How can it shape-shift or change from Earth (ice) to Air (vapours) to Fire (steam) and return to its aqueous state?
Until this is resolved, we can only ponder upon its magnificence.

As much as we *expected* this to be true on some level I thought w/ all the shares this posting is getting it occurred to me I'd better do a little fact checking.

Only sites reporting it were beforeitsnews which I've found to be not too credible in the past and Sgtreport which I'm not all that familiar with. Both with near identical reports.

USA Today has weighed in w/ their fact checking and raise some perhaps pertinent and credible issues w/ the claim.

Is it just me or is it the older I get, the more I think the only barometer for intelligence is how GOOD you are to others, because it's not easy to do you know? We all have stressors, goals, failures and frustrations, so if you can navigate a path in your head to remain mindful of others, even through years of hardship, loss and struggle...

A professor gave a balloon to every student, who had to inflate it, write their name on it and throw it in the hallway.
The professors then mixed all the balloons. The students were given 5 minutes to find their own balloon. Despite a hectic search, no one found their balloon. At that point the professors told the students to take the first balloon that they found and hand it to the person whose name was written on it. Within 5 minutes everyone had their own balloon.
The professors said to the students: “These balloons are like happiness. We will never find it if everyone is looking for their own. But if we care about other people's happiness....we'll find ours too.
