I’ve seen a lot of information in the last five or six years that has surprised me, but this may be in the top three.
I’ve been following you on Twitter for a very long time and have come to appreciate your point of view.
Do you have any thoughts on this? I’m most especially concerned that this happened under Trump’s watch.

Pretty much. I've spent most of my life learning abut what I thought was the best path to health. I didn't vaccinate my now-30 year old kids, I avoided meat all my life. I ate tons of plants. I've used mostly plants for medicine. I didn't eat dairy or red meat. I great my own food and raised my own chickens.
Some of these still stick as great truths, but the last 6 months I started doing sole water (see link below). I started eating almost exclusively meat, mostly grass-fed beef and eating raw diary. I quite drinking AS MUCH water and focussed on quality salts. I've lost 20 lbs in 3 months, my workouts went from 5 days a week to 6 and I feel like I'm in beast mode during them, my body is rocking and looks like a 35 year old, my skin looks great, I sleep 6 hours a night and never get tired in the day, and on and on. This is how they harness your energy. It is only interesting in the sense that we send up all this energy and some of the best of ourselves to be gathered and used for others' purposes.

It's OK and you're like so many intelligent and very focussed light workers, but I'm telling you right now, I know AI very well and DNA downloads are AI downloads and are meant to continue harnessing people to the matrix. I will say tell you and anyone else anything you want to know about AI, as I know it well, and so much of what I used to believe and do was a tool of AI to gather some of the best of the best's energy. I used to know so much about God. Now I know nothing of God. I approach the subject with openness, but here is where I'm at: I am God. Until I see something different, until I know that there is no interference of nonrealities, lies, AI, distortion, etc., I am counting on me. There is so much distortion in this area so I have spent the last 3 years learning how to listen to me, trust myself, live my life self-sufficiently, and build my confidence during the hardest season of humanity. I'm open to a God, but in this Age of Deception, I'm sticking to myself.

My two cents: either blow it off and keep her on your feed knowing her personality and the aspects that come with it will show up from time to time (what I chose), or do the opposite and block her and let it go. Lauren is harmless, just loses control of her emotions at times. I'm not going to tell what I think is underneath it, but lots of folks on AU get riled up about her.

I never did. when my first was a baby (28 years ago), before internet, I knew in my intuition that something wasnt right about vaccines. I decided to opt out for my boys and found out later the problems with vaccines. And something told me that there would be a battle around them. I just knew it.

I had covid in September 2021 and by the end of October, I was losing hair. I lost half of my beautiful, thick hair (photo from a year ago) until a month ago. I ended up cutting it in a chin-length bob a couple of weeks ago--first time in 25 years--so that I would stop feeling sorry for myself. My hair has been my super power, and I'm hoping it comes back as thick as it was. I'd like to know what is the meaning under the meaning on your post, VK. I play this in the creative department of the digital agency I own. About 8 people back there with me, and they often ask me to play "VK's" list. They all know I'm a Certified Conspiracy Theorist, but, they have to put up with me.

I used to be a firm believer, and then four years ago I started questioning everything. I question my religion, I questioned the nature of God, and the more I question the more I saw that man had interfered with this thing called religion and God.
