Nana loves the family and farm in TN but I would for sure love to spend 6 months a year on the beach.

When my daughter looks for us a vaca place every year she knows two things up front. If she can't get these two Nana will not go.

It has to be close enough to the beach that I can sit on the porch or balcony directly over the beach.

&

I must be able to sit there and ACTUALLY HEAR the waves, not units running nor other noise.

When I think back to times in my life before 2012, they seem like someone elses memories like photographs... kind of detached. And the new memories are somehow not real experiences. IDK if I sound like an idiot or not making sense, it is just something I can't put into words. This really hit home.

Went to the grocery store last night just to see with my own eyes how the shelves looked. The baby food isle did have empty shelves and they had moved the formula to locked cases up by the registers but they were also empty. Sheleves are indeed empty, and people are being negatively impacted (again), but it reeks of yet another BS manipulated event. The timing is way too suspect. How much longer will the simulation run? 🤷🏼‍♀️

This morning it hit me, have been trying to pinpoint how I'm feeling. It's not fear or worry, I'm actually quiite calm, positive and optimistic. I think it's just sheer exhaustion, an overwhelming tiredness from carrying truth, not having anyone IRL who sees like I do and also remaining at a constant, heightened state of readiness for so many years. I do everythng I can to counter it...exercise, meditation, grounding, healthy foods, water, sleep...but some days are just harder than others.

I just keep going though.

It is easy to find a reason to be afraid when you are constantly looking for things to fear.

All things are choices. Let’s choose to think only of what the “best is yet to come” looks like.

Focus on feeling happier than you have been - I promise you, you will find every reason to be uttery overjoyed.

I love you, but more imprtantly, God loves you infinitely and unconditionally.

Sabrina Gal and her team are putting up 200-400 quality posts per day which is more than most people can consume but it's fun trying. I worked as a bumblebeekeeper in the 90's at one of- if not- the first facilities in North America to successfully breed them for flowering crop farmers. That's a story maybe for another day. One fun anecdote is that when we sent out our first hives they flew away and got lost. We determined that they needed to keep the door closed for 24 hours to set their GPS so to speak. I've been down some the last several days. I needed to ground myself in God. I needed to pray private prayers against this evil and for the Children of God.
During Trumps last Rally this overwhelming feeling of sadness come over me. I can't shake it.
In my life I am happy ...at peace and content but yet this sadness is inside of me.
