My favorite recipe her and I used to make together. I continued to make after she passed and now make with own children who will hopefully do the same with their own one day. Family is everything ❤️

This made me smile - my Italian grandmother who lived with us loved to cook. That generation knew…. food brings us together and comforts us. I’ve become her for sure ❤️

Small accounts, big accounts…… who cares! It’s not what this is about. I have learned, absorbed and been mostly quiet over the last 2.5 years BUT I stepped outside of my comfort zone. I learned how to think for myself, question what I have been taught is ‘right’ and look at things from a different perspective. It’s a journey, a lonely journey, but one worth taking because in the end you know you are loved; you are love and that love is what will change the world. How fortunate are we to be the ones who lead the way!!! ❤️

God, I am human. My wants and desires are often sinful. But I want to be more like You. Show me Your good and perfect will today. Let it be done through me. Use me for Your purpose. Show Your love for others through me. Break my heart for what breaks Yours. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

AU family - if you feel led to do so, please say a prayer for my mom. She has dementia and we recently had to move her in with us. My dad fractured his hip and has been in rehab the last few weeks. All of the sudden change has made her confusion even worse. It’s sad to someone go through the ups and downs of losing their memory. Please pray God gives her mind peace during this time until my dad is done rehab and moves in with us as well. It’s a big adjustment for everyone and I know God will continue to help all of us best take care of her. ❤️🙏🏼
